Also offers free worldwide shipping, which could easily cost in excess of $100 with a trackable service. I'm giving him the chance to prove he is legitimate by accepting his price, but paying under my terms and using my great trust as a way to get an edge in the situation.
If he accepts and goes through the trade as I proposed, he'll get a great positive review, and more people will probably feel comfortable trading with him. If he doesn't accept, it'll give people reason to think he is a scammer.
