Title: beware of fbessatt (man-in-the-middle scam attempt) Post by: dripdropdead on April 14, 2014, 09:10:11 AM I was contacted by user "fbessatt" on March 12th who wanted to purchase bitcoins through Skrill.
This is a screenshot of our conversation from my sent folder; https://i.imgur.com/wlnEh6h.jpg I did not receive a reply until I logged on today and saw this reply from him (1 month later). https://i.imgur.com/SpREkzs.jpg I checked my Skrill (sorrowofstars@hotmail.com) and I did received EUR 46. I logged onto my email and fbessatt sent me an email informing of the payment. However, the email account was different from the one sent on Skrill. I found this really suspicious and decided to email the original sender of the funds. Turns out, the victim was buying bitcoins off localbitcoins and fbessatt has been attempting scams using my Skrill account. This is fbessatt localbitcoins account; https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/adisa.candace/ I will be making a local police report as well as one to localbitcoins. I would appreciate any information you have on him. "crewtr" is probably his clone too.
