Ok wait a minute I will tell you what to do:
http://www.hostinger.com

you will have a domain like for ex. yourDomain.host56.com

you will get for free : 2000MB ftp, 100GB trasfer, and it is working with PHP, MySQL.

and server is down only about few times for a month :)

But! If you will have a thousand visitors in a 5 min - it will fail.

This is for FREE. So ...

depends on what domain you want.

Cheapest domains you can grab at godaddy.com or some of their affilliates. I don't really like them for their poor service, but prices are great. Check out for the newest coupons. .info is cheap wth 2.99 $

Hosting you can get free if its for a normal website.

Btw: you can resell the domain to me. I always look for cheapies   ;)

I can vouch for Namecheap as well. I get all my domains through them. For added security they also include WhoisGuard (r)(http://www.whoisguard.com/index.asp) for free with every new domain registration.

I can transfer one of my domains to your namecheap acc, as I don't use it anymore. It has around 1 month left, before it has to be renewed.

All I ask in return, is a kind thank you. :)

I see that you've asked it quite some time ago, well pm me if you still need it.

Not many people know this, you can get 4 different TLDs for FREE with http://freenom.com/

Just don't abuse their service. :)
