As shown in the screenshot, the scammer has 14 activity, so it is a newly registered account. I am pretty sure the scammer will come up with a new account and try to scam someone else soon or later. As the operator of the site family in question, I can tell you the site is definitely not for sale. Our script, while we have not yet licensed it out, would potentially be available; however that price is a couple of orders of magnitude out! 0.5BTC?!
