Almost like reading the Bitcoin white paper for the first time: I have more questions then answers.

I'll be keeping a close eye on this. And great work. It is good to see original innovation occurring in the Bitcoin space. So often we see rehashes (sha256?) of the same old ideas. This looks completely new and very inventive.

Slightly confused about the bergstake/breakoutcoin thing, is that an alt-coin that you're trying to bring in wrapped around this game or something else? Also, is your project the engine around the coin mining process, the game, or both?

Two separate block-chain projects:

1) Satoshi Fantasy / Fantasybit
Satoshi Fantasy is a block-chain based fantasy football prediction market. Fantasybit is the coin within the Satoshi Fantasy blockchain.  
Fantasybit uses a new and unique "Proof-of-Skill" block-chain. US law explicitly defines fantasy sports as skill, and is not considered gambling. It is 100% is legal.

Fantasybits are a monetization of a fantasy football players skill in predicting future outcomes.  The Satoshi Fantasy whitepaper describes the use of Distributed Engineered Autonomous (DEA) Agents. ;) This is an experimental decentralized distributed autonomous protocol, and is designed to grow organically.

2) Breakoutcoin

Bergstake is a new proof-of-stake algorithm, it is a generalization of "Proof-of-Skill". (This is the only overlap between  between Breakoutcoin and Fantsybits. ). Bergstake is also a block-chain based asset with value. Holders of bergstake have rights to sign future blocks. Its similar to a stock option.

I am trying to get something ready for kickoff Sept 3. Currently there are a couple of issues.

1) fantasy players in general are not ready to manage their own id/key with wallet software.
solution is a central web-site.

2) there is no cost to joining, so to prevent bot/sybil attack, a "tweet of proof" is required.

This is a shame, I thought it was Football as in Premier League "soccer" which would be realllllly cool.

Is a Premier League (football) one possible? This seems really quite different so not sure how it actually works but would be really interested in setting something up.

A possible use would be free bets at a gambling site which would provide financing for it (just a thought)

fyi... this project works great for American Football due to specific US federal laws regarding fantasy football... however.. 


is there a notion of projecting how many goals / assists / blocks an individual Futball player scores? are there any "fantasy" Futball leagues?   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantasy_sport
