So Bitcoin faces a new hurdle, what are we going to do about it gentlemen Title: Re: BitUndo, the criminal mining pool Post by: -ck on April 16, 2014, 12:06:51 PM Just don't mine there and discourage anyone from mining there and they'll never have enough hashrate to successfully undo anything.
Title: Re: BitUndo, the criminal mining pool Post by: PatMan on April 16, 2014, 12:10:32 PM Not use it? :)
Title: Re: BitUndo, the criminal mining pool Post by: safeminer on April 16, 2014, 12:12:53 PM but what IF someone with substantial hashing power decides to do so ?
I don't think matters like these should be taken so lightly ??? Title: Re: BitUndo, the criminal mining pool Post by: PatMan on April 16, 2014, 12:14:47 PM Then stop bumping your thread - you're advertising it for them....... ::)
Even better, delete it. Title: Re: BitUndo, the criminal mining pool Post by: safeminer on April 16, 2014, 01:12:42 PM It is all over reddit/r/bitcoin so this thread won't make a difference

Out of sight, out of mind? Ignorance is bliss? Title: Re: BitUndo, the criminal mining pool Post by: IYFTech on April 16, 2014, 03:23:10 PM Then stop bumping your thread - you're advertising it for them....... ::) Even better, delete it. Out of sight, out of mind? Ignorance is bliss? Stop showing your noobness & be a little more respectful to long term members, they know what they are talking about. If it's all over reddit - go comment there. On these forums there are many unsuspecting noobs who will see this post & possibly check it out, maybe even sign up - then get stung. There are two conclusions to be drawn from your posts: 1) You are actually behind this potential scam & are posting about it here to advertise it. 2) You are BatMan & Robin cunningly disguised as noobs on a mission to cleanse the bitcoin world of all it's demons, bad guys & swag snatchers. The first two replies to this post are 100% correct - I hope this is the last comment on this thread. Deleting it would be even better. Title: Re: BitUndo, the criminal mining pool Post by: Peter Todd on April 16, 2014, 05:41:40 PM I think BitUndo is good for Bitcoin, and I think replace-by-fee is better: http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/235zv5/why_you_should_mine_with_replacebyfee_a/
