He is not able to cope with all the PMs quickly Because few people could be trusted enough for the role and since theymos started the forum he is a necessary evil. Remember as an admin he has access to all PMs, account passes, banning etc so if someone wanted to they could cause a lot of damage. Technically Stefan Thomas is an admin but he doesn't deal with this IIRC. Makes everything a lot simpler and a lot quicker.
