Title: Mixing Antminers U1 & U2
Post by: Oldiesel on April 17, 2014, 08:47:57 PM

Can you use U1 and U2 antminers in the same rig, or is it going to conflict.
Currently I have 2 U1 and 2 U2 miners working in one hub together but each time I start up 1 of the 4 miners is not hashing higher than 300Mh/s the other 3 around 2 GH/s

that is your hub. not your miners.

most likely you have a  hub that  is lacking in  the testicular power to run 4 sticks.

no balls so to speak.

They make pills for that...  ;D

Oldiesel, yes, you can mix both U1 and U2.  U2 is really just a U1 with a big, fat heatsink.  As phillipma1957 stated, your USB hub is not providing enough power to drive the 4 miners.
