On the assumption this isn't a hacked PP account, then even if people give you the loan and you default there is nothing stopping you from contacting PP saying your account details were stolen and chargebacking anything in the account. If it's hacked same deal - except you'll be screwing someone else as well. If you want this loan try either altcoins or physical goods that you can send to an escrow. Money comes from a bank tranfer/wire. So money can not be charge back. It's my own PP account, so it has never been hacked or stolen. If there is someone who are interested to deal with me, it would be awesome. It is now very difficult to buy altcoins or physical goods through PP.
