Title: Profitability recently Post by: darkphantom934 on April 20, 2014, 12:35:03 AM The CoinWarz profitability seems to be going up for both Scrypt-N and Scrypt coins. I would have thought that, because of the scrypt ASIC's, profitability would go down. This doesn't seem to be the case. Any ideas?

When profitability becomes low, casual miners stop using the videocards for mining, some others power off or even put for sale. The trend is created along some days or weeks, and eventually difficulty adjustment gives you more coins per hash. Profitability increases to where it's becoming worthwhile, then people flock again to mining, etc... |
