$130-170 /USD = BTC

I will not buy or short anything.

Actually I am not even in the business or close to this type of business.

Furthermore, nobody will even see this post compared to the amount of people that buy and sell bitcoins so this is a purely an "ego" post on my behalf.

I also know that there are two fairly large amounts of Bitcoins trying to be sold OFF THE EXCHANGES.
One party is from California and the other is from NEW YORK.

The buyers want to lower the price to get these chunks at a lower price.

Lets see what happens.

Has anyone kept up with the only publicly traded Company in the BTC space, "BTCS?" I talked to the Company's PR guy...who is about to be out of a job. The Company raised 2 million to start off, the stock went to $5.26 and now it's at $0.15. Penny stock nightmare and a little more bad press for BTC.  

What did they even do?  If no one knows about them its no wonder their stock is bottoming out

BTCS is the FIRST and ONLY publicly traded BTC-related Company. It's failing. More bad press for BTC. 

Just because this company (which I have never heard of before today) fails isn't necessarily bad for btc.  A quick browse thru their site shows prices much higher (at least for cell phones) than I could find on eBay or elsewhere.

I wouldn't be surprised if it does happen. Same shit happened with precious metals. Let them shake all they want, by the end of this decade strong hands in both cryptos and metals will be greatly rewarded.

Some foolish retail traders bid it up thinking it was correlated to the BTC price after the CEO appeared on Bloomberg TV only to realize that at $5 per share the market cap of that tiny company was now several hundreds of millions. So, the crash was inevitable, even if BTC was in a bull market. I don't see how this is bad news for bitcoin in any way...

Although OP has probably no idea why, he may actually be right.
Every bubble pop so far follows the same pattern: crash, consolidation, long period of stability, then boredom starts to settle and the price resumes it's course downward in a slow decay. We are reaching the stage of boredom and the price goes sideways with a slight down trend. Unless something major happens, we are heading back to where we used to be before China got involved.

Definitely not. When BTC price was ~900 USD in January and ~600 USD in March, market situation was exactly the same. It's time to sell as many bitcoins as possible.
