I didnt ship there personal, but according to forums it's takeing about 3-7 days for a delivery to europa.

They have a hosting offer, if you buy a Gridseed G Blade you can have 1 year free hosting.

before ordering wrote that have already been shipped to Russia, after writing that because of the tax can not send :)
Strangely it all, as customs duties paid by the recipient, not the sender.

Its the normal way: If you buy sth from abroad and some duty/taxes apply, its most likely nearly to 100% the receiver of the package who will have to pay all the duty etc.

Maybe its on the russian duty station?

that's what I was told in gawminers:

_____________________________
Hello Alexandr,
I sincerely apologize but we just received the following email from our shipping company:
NOT SHIPPED, information required to clear customs according to Fedex:
- Import License require from consignee.
- If a Private shipment (not to legal entities), not for resale and limited to 5 pieces per commodity and must not be the same kind, model, design or size.
- No more than total 5 total items of any kind in the same shipment.
- For any electronic equipment / parts we recommend placing a technical description (in English) inside the packaging and on the outer packaging.
- For non-document shipments to Russia, to confirm the shipment value for destination Customs, advisable to place a photocopy of the purchase receipt in the AWB pouch, and the original inside the packaging.
- Monthly limit to 1 consignee in 30-day period total for all shipments must not exceed EUR1000 & 31 kg.
- Shipment may subject to duty/tax.

This is our very first order to run into this issue. Please let me know if there is anything additional I can help you with. Also, I'm certain we will be able to come up with some form of compensatiion for the delayed order.

They need so much information from you?
Wow, this is rly much info required.
But this seems to be a Fedex problem.

Cant u ask for a change of shipping provider, lets say DHL if its available for russia?

Maybe its just Fedex creating some problems because they want a very smooth delivery and want to be prepared for everything.

I can confirm they aren't scammers. The only issues you may encounter are caused by the customs or the shipping company, each country has its own laws, some check the packages, some just read the description and pass it over.
