Title: BTC stock price calculation Post by: profil3r on April 24, 2014, 11:18:20 AM I would appreciate if someone could explain to me how the bitcoin stock price at major bitcoin exchanges (e.g. mtgox[in the past], bitstamp, bitfinex,...) is calculated.
I am well aware that it depends on supply and demand. What I would like to know, are the technical details. If I get it right, there is a continuous market where an automated system finds the bitcoin price which produces the highest volume of traded orders!? |
