I rent the hash rate of my SP10s. I only rent the full capacity of the miner. It means that you can rent one miner and you'll not have the hand on the management interface, by default they are working in turbo mode.
I lease 3xSP10.

Miners are hosted in France, Velizy Villacoublay, very close to Paris. Datacenter is GDC1, you can consult their website @ http://www.gdc1.fr (http://www.gdc1.fr)
They are stored in a secured rack (I and the technical has the key). Access to the datacenter is done by badge and vein authentication, the most secure biometric from today. 99.99% availability, technical assistance on site. Remote control of PSU.
Average temp in the room is 20°C +/- 2°C.

Pricing :

• 1 month SP10 : 1000$ or bitcoin market.
  After payment, shipping in 24h or less.
• 2 month SP10 : 1800$ or bitcoin market.
  Pay the full amount or pay 1000$ the first month and 800$ the second month.
  After payment, shipping in 24h or less.
• 3 month SP10 : 2400$ or bitcoin market
  Pay the full amount or pay 1000$ the first month, 1000$ the second month, 400$ the third month.
  After payment, shipping in 24h or less.
