Title: cgminer on Ubuntu 12.04 Post by: bitplanet on April 24, 2014, 07:57:00 PM I read the thread about setting up the miner on linux by miaviator but I still can't get cgminer to work on my machine. I followed the directions to a "t".

I run latest cgminer4+ on 12.04 LTS no problems but i compiled my own binaries. If you download the binaries conman posted, then it won't work cause: LATEST RELEASE: 4.3.0 see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.msg6276181#msg6276181 Note that x86_64 binary is a 64 bit binary for UBUNTU 13.10.
