offshore bank , licence price is within mtgox's reach they incorporate a bank, and do business with other banks, like when teenager starts smoking cigarettes, to look like older guys, then some of them will talk to him... looks like it would solve some account freezings and wire transfers could go smoother, sepa would not cause problems... if you start offshore bank, you maybe limited in connectivity transacting with current established banking networks. |
