Hello, i have been helped a few members around here with my VCC's, so i was thinking to make it a service.
 - I can create any value between 5 EUR and 1000 EUR ;
 - VCC works worldwide with any address / name ;
 - my fee is 15% for VCC with value under 500 EUR and 10% over 500  EUR ;
 - i accept BTC or LTC as payment.
 - no refunds / i cant know if your merchant accepts or not vcc's

VCC's don't verify PayPal accounts. However they are valid as a Credit Card/Debit Card option to allow for easier transactions with minimal errors.

They dont work for paypal verification.

So it's like an online credit card?  Can we like, recharge it or something or is it like a visa gift card?

Yes, its like a online credit card, you can use it anywhere with VISA accepted.
I can reload it if thats what you mean, but basically its more like a Visa Gift Card , however, i can send you statement if you need to check it for some verification code or something else.

So we won't have any access to the statements on it?

No, there is no access to statement, but i can help with that if needed.

Are you still selling those vcc's ,if so will they work with play store developer console ?

These VCC works with many/all online shopping stores or just for a few?

Can you check the remaining balance on it?

They work on any merchant that accept VISA.

multiple times as long as it has balance on it

One more question, will tehre be some sort of user login or something for these VCCs?  Or will you just provide us with the card number and pin code and all that info?  Because I am only willing to purchase if there was a complete user panel for the VCCs.

no VCC in the world has a PIN code, i will provide u VCC number / exp / cvv2.
there is no panel to log in.

Do these VCC's work for all websites like Godaddy.Are they one time use only?

They work as long as u have balance on it, you can use it as many times as u like.

VCC doesn't work on some websites.I wanted to ask what websites have you verified work with your VCC.

So far my VCC worked in 99% of sites, the only site that didnt worked so far is microsoft.com

I dont know, i dindnt had a customer to use it on PS yet.
You can buy a small balance one and test it out.

What about paypal?

Why is it that the only people that have posted here saying their VCC is working are newbies with very few posts?

This is not something that longer standing members would want to avoid publicly saying they purchased.

Because they are the only ones who bought from me or who left me feedback ; whats your point ?

I just made a purchase using my 10EUR Visa, it working perfect with me thanks.

The problems I have face was in the website which convert USD to BTC it takes 6 days for withdrawal!
