I buy PPC for 0.005 bitcoin. Rate is just more than btc-e. I will lower price as btc-e price lows in future. I buy upto maximum 400 PPC - Not enough bitcoin to buy more lol I no used btc-e seem university internet banned and can no login. Just access www page :( Thanks!
