I guess it is my own mistake then.

I know about the malware in Doge live ticker. I had some issues with mintpal. I deleted it, and hoped problems would not appear anymore.

I am wondering how they could have changed it in this threat.

I deleted the bitcoin checker as well, and the problem is over.

Don't want to give me some discount because of my stupidity?  ;D

I'd love to.. But I can't do a whole hell of a lot on my end about your .12 BTC lost. :/
If you still want to buy into the IPO. I'll gladly give you 120 free shares.. I know It's only 10% of what you lost but I have business to run. -_-

I understand you can't just give me (a lot of) money. It was simply my own mistake.
I'd be glad to buy that 1320 shares for 0,12 BTC.

I deleted the bitcoin checker as well, and the problem is over.

Don't want to give me some discount because of my stupidity?  ;D

Not to thread hijack but I suggest you run some scans on your computer as well.  I wonder how they changed what you saw on the forum?  I get being able to replace an address when you send BTC in a user forum, but never seen this.

Are there any programs that can run that would notify you if a user form is changed or something is taking over your browser?

Scary stuff.

Although I understand this train of thought look at startups such as Labcoin..
They were on plenty of major investment exchanges and still turned into smoke. :/

I regret to inform that our largest investor has backed out due to revisions of the IPO.
We believe these revisions were necessary for a healthy business to expand on after initial seeding.
No exact reason was given but I am going to try and cater to everyone as well as the further development of Klyemax Studios.
I truly believe that this will be a successful venture and the revised IPO rewards initial investors greatly.

A minor setback indeed but I am not stressing, If any other investors that invested before the IPO revision would like a refund please PM me. :)

Cheers,

Did you do your due diligence on this investment, which most likely breaks the Securities Act (and I will be contacting MSC about this 'IPO' very soon), and gave your Bitcoins to a hobo?

Read this thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587618.60

Here are the relevant parts quoted regarding alleged violations of the Securities Act:

Quote
I believe your securities offering and IPO may be in breach of Securities Act (C.C.S.M. c. S50) in Manitoba, Canada.

Section 37(1):

Quote
No person or company shall trade in a security, either on his own account or on behalf of any other person or company, where the trade would be in the course of primary distribution to the public of the security, until there has been filed with the commission both a preliminary prospectus and a prospectus in respect of the offering of the security and receipts therefor obtained from the director.

Can you please provide me with a copy of the two required prospectuses, filed with the MSC? I am unable to find them, and yet it appears that you are currently conducting an IPO. Do I need to contact their investigators and enforcement team, with full details of you, or will you refund everyone's money and scam somewhere else?

Quote
Good thing we aren't worried about the MSC nor your poorly thought out FUD attack.
To be completely honest I think you might be a competing cam site operator who isn't pleased to see a rival emerging from BTC land.
Given the fact that BTC is not considered currency in Canada yet (grey area) and I am not listed on an exchange I don't see it an issue.
When phase 2 goes and we are listed on an exchange, Then perhaps I will look into MSC laws. But at this time, no.
I have left all investors the chance to sell back their shares at any time for a full refund.

Kyle.T

Your lack of understanding of securities laws is astonishing. 'Trade' does not only refer to selling shares for legal tender, but for ANY 'valuable consideration':

Quote
"trade" includes (a) any sale or disposition of or other dealing in or any solicitation in respect of a security for valuable consideration

Your defense of "Given the fact that BTC is not considered currency" is simply wrong and will not stand any in court in relations to securities act violations. The defense may apply to other legislative frameworks such as operating Bitcoin <-> CAD ATMs without registration, but the definition of trade in the securities act is sufficiently broad to include Bitcoin.

Your additional defense of "I am not listed on an exchange" is also irrelevant, as the offerings of any security or solicitation of any investment investment is generally regulated under the Securities Act.

I recommend reading through the laws of your jurisdiction.

You may also wish to contact the Manitoba Securities Commission to clarify the regulations that applies to your offering, which I allege that you have broken. Their toll free number is 1 (800) 655-5244. You may be inclined to stop soliciting for investments, and refund all invested Bitcoins back to their dividend address.

In absence, I can contact some members from the enforcement department.

And yes, I did time this post so it appears as the first of this page :)

I'm sure many of us have had roadblocks in our past that we've had to deal with in one way or another but the key thing is that we're better off today and have a brighter future. From here on in, I'd say this thread should stay on topic w/ all the key aspects of trying to make this effort successful. It's one thing to give someone a good ribbing but we should all give people the benefit of the doubt or a second chance to do better. Then, if that is abused the book can be closed and made an example of.

Are you implying an investor would be incredibly stupid to invest in this business with no plan, and the likely hood of the CEO - and porn star - getting "hacked" and losing the funds is very high ?

Where the fuck did I imply that?  I'm just saying that just because he had trouble in the past, it doesn't mean everybody should automatically avoid him.  If you don't think he can handle it, don't invest.  If you don't like the IPO terms, don't invest.

You seem to be saying that it's natural for us to send money to a d00d who just graduated from panhandling on Bitcointalk.

I'm all for giving people a second chance, but funding a recovering gambler's intertube pr0nz "studio"?
No wonder people think we're insane.

"Haters gonna hate, haters gonna hate, but i'll be fucking models while they sit and masturbate"
You are the laughing stock of everyone here, we're not hating on you because you're trying to start a business, but rather because you have zero competence that is blindingly obvious. You are unsuited to manage any single business venture simply based on you soliciting investments from Just-Dice.

Here's some constructive criticism for you: Not run a massive just-dice banner in your signature when you are trying to be professional. Oh wait, your life consists of soliciting scamming money from other Just-Dice degenerates and pretending to be a "porn baron", whatever that is.

In addition, it is best practice to make one thread for your offering, not 3, with one that only you posts in.

I guess I will be making some phone calls :)

I haven't done much research into who Neo Bee is but I assume they aren't good, right?

I just missed this. LOL. Please don't do any research into Neo and Bee, you may copy their appearance of being competent and scam some more people. Then again, their CEO has arrest warrants out with international warrants issued soon, so maybe do copy them and get into prison - this appears to be the path you are heading.

Please make some phone calls, Tell them some bad man is collecting magical internet money to make a porn studio in their back yard.
Tell them he said you were a spineless sheep who saw that someone might be breaking the rules so you had to contact them.
Confess your complete inability to look beyond regulations and make sure you say that you believe you are doing the right thing.

You sir are a pathetic troll. Nothing more.

And for the record me running a massive JD banner has nothing to do with anything. I enjoy the website and the people who frequent it.

Not going to lie, I'm not allowing you to invest into Klyemax after the headache you have caused me.
I don't imagine you have BTC to begin with though.. So me saying this is almost as fruitless as your trolling.

I don't even know where to start with the above picture... *shakes his head*

Are you all done sidetracking this thread or do I have to close it and make a self moderated one to keep the trolls away..?

Didn't mean to keep you from discussing the finer points of whoring with your august colleagues.

And clearly you have no idea who the fuck I am.

Bahahahahahahaha  :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o
You gotta be shitting me. If that is really you Kyle, I feel really sorry for you. I wouldn't even nail you for 10BTC you filthy scum.
Those chicks are so ugly and clearly crackwhores. But those chicks aren't the main Problem, fuck my ass have you taken a look in the mirror lately ??? ??? ???
You gotta be the ugliest dude on this Forum - Shame on you man - SHAME on you!!! :o

Actually I'd say I'm pretty damn good looking, And confidence is part of it as well. I'm also extremely talented in many different art forms.
And I like the fact that you wouldn't nail me for 10BTC. Because the auto immune disease I would get from being within an intimate proximity would not be worth 10BTC. And their is 1 chick there. She ain't the prettiest but I'd bet a bitcent she has a nicer body and face than you do.

And clearly you are new on these forums.. This is neckbeard central.. I'm pretty much the lanky brad pitt of bitcoin. ;)

You are good looking? Only cause you pay cheap sluts to stick your filthy wiener in them - man that doesn't make you good looking.
Art Forums? In the darkest hole of your asshole maybe.

Claims to have been in a 5 man gang bang.. Yet I am the one banging cheap sluts?
I literally cannot hold back laughter at this point.

You convoluted delusional whore. The only skills you possess is ass to mouth and ability to hide your herpes outbreaks well.

What do you even do with your life besides smoke glass and get freaked on for drugs?
I'm not even trying to be rude asking that.. Literally what the fuck do you bring to the table other than some moth ball snatch and a shitty attitude?

That entire thread is gold. Now I ask again. Are you going to stop trolling or do I have to lock this thread down and start another?

Surely you have better things to do than seek attention on my threads..?

Nah.  I like you, OP.  I'd rather watch u preform with ur friend, the talented barnyard animal, but watching you beg here will do 4 now.
Ahh, the heady world of bitcoin finance...
You sure I can't convince you to poop on your friend just a little?

Well. Looks like I'm going to have to lock this thread and start up another one.. Seeing as how you're a fucking attention whore with very little new material..

New self moderated thread had to be opened to quell the trolls, I appologize for this but it seems some forum members are unable to control their comments. Please visit link below for the new thread!
