this means that the box was thrown on the Fedex truck several times because you were not home... maybe best to do an insurance claim with Fedex i also looked at the user frictionless on that OP's link. his complaint is also damage. yet one of his picture gives it away as the cardboard box is clearly seen as damaged, thus i think thats another claim to the delivery company. I know it sucks that your machine is damaged, but it looks like it would function, why don't you just use it?
