Think I got it now, but double check ur pools, for some reason one of them was dead and I rebuilt ur pool list / credentials from my other controlling PC. Please check ASAP and get back to me if something is wrong I emailed you. Thus far I have extended ur lease for the downtime in switching out controllers etc...

Last night, comcast had intermittent connectivity issues for many users for a couple hour. So, your rigs were intermittently submitting shares, equaling about 2/3rds their normal hashrate.

Options are you can continue the lease and I will extend by the 25% loss in hashrate appropriately. Or you can cancel the lease(if thats an option). Im extremely sorry and Im pretty bummed about this. I am not able to look at it for a nother 9 hours, but if I figure anything out to bring it back .. I will let you know.
