In order for us to help you we will need the Bitcoins address or one or more of the transaction IDs.

Well as far as founds are adding not decreasing it isn't such a big problem.
But it might be something more . I remember when those 1 satoshi transactions were spamming network.

If you wait a few days, they usually disappear. If you are so annoyed with them, just sent all the coins in that address to a new address and throw away the old one. The satoshi spam don't usually follow the coins to the new address. When you sent the coins, make sure you do not include the value of the spam satoshis, if not the transaction will never confirm.

You make that sound so easy.  Depending on which wallet they are using it may not be that easy.

It is as easy as making a normal transaction, which I am sure OP has made many before. The only pitfall is choosing how much to send. If OP enters his address in a blockexplorer (such as blockchain.info), it calculates all unspent outputs for him, just plug that number in Multibit and send, it's done.

If you update to the latest version of MultiBit (on the https://multibit.org website) then all those spam transactions should disappear from your wallet. Also new ones won't appear in your wallet.
