If you're into all night parties (I'm not), all the high society Argentinians and Brazilians head down to Punta Del Este in Uruguay for December to February. From March onwards, PDE is dead and the rents go down 90% in price. Brush up on your spanish before you go but well worth a trip. Only weird thing is that the steaks tasted different because they don't have all the additives that US meat does. Which is a good thing but you have to get used to the new taste. |
