Not that bad money if you like to play games and work at the same time. Title: Re: Gold farming Post by: Yakamoto on May 03, 2014, 02:51:39 PM While gold farming can make you money and is fairly easy take warning most of the MMORPG games will pursue legal action against you if you are caught. This is why I stopped, per say. I haven't sold any for a while, and use other methods of making money off games, one of which has actually been quite profitable.Title: Re: Gold farming Post by: shorena on May 03, 2014, 02:59:26 PM I play on RS3, and what I do is do repetitive task all day, then sell off a large amount of gold to a gold seller, and get paid for it. Not that bad money if you like to play games and work at the same time. So how much do you make at an average day and how long do you have to play? I really haven't done a ton of gold farming in a while, but I'm thinking of restarting it. I think it was the lack of community that stopped me... RS3? Disgusting. Not that bad money if you like to play games and work at the same time. RS07 is where I belong (although it was better in 2006) Title: Re: Gold farming Post by: Yakamoto on May 03, 2014, 05:14:56 PM I play on RS3, and what I do is do repetitive task all day, then sell off a large amount of gold to a gold seller, and get paid for it. We made 18$ a day not an hour and payment was a big problem. But it was a little on the side. There used to be bans in DaoC because people used scripts to farm. Very bad bots though. We used to lure them into traps so they would respawn in a major city... good times :) Title: Re: Gold farming Post by: Phinnaeus Gage on May 04, 2014, 06:38:00 AM On a related note, boy do I have a video for your: http://web.archive.org/web/20060208124607/http://www.fuckedcompany.com/den/
Those familiar with IGE may recognize one of the characters. Title: Re: Gold farming Post by: Moonway99 on May 04, 2014, 01:55:21 PM If I'm right your talking about MMORGP gold farming? Like WoW, Runescape and other? If yes I'm pretty familiar with It, I did gold farming like an year ago on Runescape, It was pretty profitable and almost autopilot as you used bots for the game so you didn't have to play yourself. Now for using bots you usually get banned sooner or later. So what you basically do Is earning games digital currency and sell It on specific forums or to china companies. You could be making $20/ day even now days while few years ago you could make much more. But because of bans these days It's a big risk factor to get banned so It's not so profitable now. I would suggest you to stick with bitcoins.
