Hi,as you all know this is a groupbuy for Mining Asics Technologies(MAT) Excalibur 4.So we are going to gauge interest on potential share buyers.Lets get started with the details.

So if you buy 1 share the cost will be 0.075BTC or $32.55 and you will be getting 1Mh/s.


Explanation:Exaclibur 4 has hashing power of 125MH/s each.But we will get another Excalibur 4 free.So that makes the total hashing power at 2X125=250 MH/s



                So 250Mh/250 shares=1MH/s

                Cost of Excalibur 4 is 5500 euro.Equivalent to $7629.


The miner doesnt come with power supply unit(psu).Each Excalibur 4 requires 450 watt psu.I have looked at the following power supply to run the miners:

                M.A.T's support department replied stating that shipping to US will cost 250 euro.Equivalent to $346.77
                  
                
                Total cost:$7629+$154.36+$346.77=$8130

                
                Now,$8130/250=0.075BTC or $32.55  per share

                At 1BTC=$434,$32.55 is equivalent to 0.075BTC

                An individual can buy as much shares as he wants.




Hardware location:The Excalibur 4(s) will be hosted in New York city,US.The room is totally air conditioned and there is always 24/7 monitoring.


Electricity and hosting cost:Hosting and electricity fee will be deducted from maintainers fee alone.


Mining strategy:Currently mining in a profit switching multipool is the easiest way to make the good out of the hardware.But some good coins are multipool resistant.For this,we will be having a thread here at bitcointalk to hear out the share holders.We will be having polls to find out if share holders wants to mine in multipool or any other individual coin.We can even have our own discussion website for that,if share holders want to.We will always be choosing the most profitable coin for mining.

That is a a bit too vague and potentially to far in the future for me to commit any coins to yet.

All the upcoming ASIC (Zeus/Viper/Titan etc..) are pre-orders only with Q2/Q3 shipping. No additional info or tests available. The Excalibur is really the best offer, but i'm wondering how the scrypt coins will react on this massive MH/s ramp up.
I'm thinking of 50 shares, but not finally decided.

I understand these are pre-orders, personally I am just not comfortable investing that far ahead with that degree of vagueness.

Has nothing to do with sameev29, would feel like that regardless who sold / produced the miners in question.

the company is very legit - I have one of the very first orders for two Excaliber 4's.  Marc told me hopefully mid to late July Delivery - I think they're a better bet than KNC Miner and I've talked to Marc on the phone/

it's the bitcoin version but the casing and design will be tte same for the scrypt version which is also very close to being fired up soon.

I was given this information by Marc Coumans in a Facebook chat last night minutes after they posted the video and pictures on their Facebook page.

as a customer with a few machines on order I can tell you these guys are a pleasure to deal with.

please note the quality engineering and the clean work environment of the test location. It's a pleasant surprise given the horrible lab conditions I see in the video posted from the chinese manufacturers located on the back alleys of dirty streets in china - of course this is just my personal opinion and other than being a customer I have no relationship with the company.

Marc Coumans CEO of Mining Asics assured me of that last night in a Facebook Chat - the case will look the same also.

I do also think they work fine. For now, we need more shares sold ^^.  I'm not able to buy many shares. There are just 5 shares sold now, right?

I might buy some later if more shares are sold.

I will, unfortunately I don't know much people (in real) which are into the Crypto Community.

As far as the ROI concerns, it's really important to receive the ASIC quite early.
