Because China FUD-sters get restless every 15 days or so that the price doesn't do what they want, so they have to make up some bullshit about another China bank cutting off an exchange, complete with stupid mis-interpreted Chinese webpage.
The good news is that China exchanges will eventually run out of banks to deal with, so no more FUD can be spread from that crap anymore. Then we will just see if the Chinese exchanges can continue to operate. My bet is yes, because they'll just start to resort to in-person cash deposits ala localbitcoins.
