You would really help out if you could post about how much coins you have combined in your wallets. It would help if you PM me your total amount so I know which amounts are real. :)

The ValueFromAmountWithFee function in itself is innocuous. It seems to return the value of transaction in case that the tx fee exceeds the maximum. But good idea about the list. I think it's important to link to this thread and notify exchanges so they can delist those coins before everyone gets burned again. Luckily most of those coins are low volume. Just an FYI, the Rainbowcoin you mention is not the same one as the SHA256 one (https://github.com/Rainbowcoin/Rainbowcoin).
