Saw your post in the other lightningasic thread... the BTC payment address matches on both (look on the very first page of the other thread). I placed an order with them for one of these 30Mh rigs last Thursday... was supposed to ship within 3 day. Still don't have tracking # or product...

Same here, i made payment last week via wire transfer, units were supposed to be send monday or today

Lightningasic is a well known company distributing Hardware, they were suppliers of Gridseed and also they supply Dragon miners. We are not afraid of not delivering the products, we are afraid of delays in receiving the products, understand ??

when people take your money they assume an obligation to you.

it's as simple as that - if they can't deliver in the promised time or for any reason they need to put their man panties on and give you the news - because knowing something is better than knowing nothing.

when someone shuns their responsibility to their customers it's cowardice.

perhaps my future business is not important to you, but you took their money and you OWE them an explanation of what's going on.

I'm sorry man, but if you actually trust a company out of CHINA with btc or bank wire payment, then you deserve to lose everything you put in.  This isn't about reputation or research, this is about basic common sense.

I've dealt with multiple companies out of china for over 5 years now, and sites such as alibaba and taobao are a breeding grounds for scams, with majority of them being fly-by-night 'bank wire' scam operations.

YOU ARE PAYING THOUSANDS WITH PAYMENTS THAT ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  Use your brains people!  These people have zero obligation to you and are thousands of miles away.  

lol...when will you people ever learn to pay with escrow and/or something reversible like a credit card.  You guys are committing financial suicide.

Hell, nobody even asked the OP to post a pic or vid holding up a piece of paper with their bctalk username on it along with a demo.  

The level of consumer trust in the crypto world amazes me.

just for the record these guys have delivered lot of Gridseed units and a friend of mine took delivery yesterday of the 90 MHS unit - he's in germany and it's up and running today.

it aint the gloom and doom you espouse but you make some valid points....

my suspicion is that the units are lte and for reasons unknown to me the owner 'jack' is afraid to post the bad news - but some news is better than no news....

perhaps it's just the custom in china but when i worked for Motorola our chinese business partners were always very up front about delays.

Well I certainly hope you guys get what you paid for.  In my vast exerpience with chinese suppliers, you have to keep the pressure and communication on them, or they will never get back to you.  If it's been this long and you have received no word, then things most likely aren't looking good, and I'm not too sure how willing they'd be to issue refunds when the money is already in their pockets with zero chance of chargeback.

I don't want to sound like a negative nancy, but China is one of the top breeding grounds for scams, so anyone looking to invest without a credit card or escrow is pretty much relying on blind faith.

And just because a supplier may have been loyal in the past, does not mean they are incapable of pulling off one last big bang before they close up shop.  In fact, that's how most scams work...build up consumer trust in preparation for the grand heist.  It's rampant all over ebay.

From the looks of their btc account, they've received around 170btc in the past few weeks...that's a substantial amount of money, and they've been withdrawing almost daily, so I'm sure they've seen your messages.

if push comes to shove a young man who interned for me who is now an attorney in china is about 80 miles from their offices and I'm sure he'd be willing to place a call for me - although at this point I have no hrose in the race - I'm interested in ordering a unit from them but not until I see these guys get some satisfaction.

They are the worst supplier in the world, chinese are the person you dont want to deal, but they have the best price in the world, so the greed takes place, and they know how to handle the greed, because they love money, they never think about future or honesty or company rate, they live to sell no matter what

When they have problems they dont reply to email or skype or pm.. and they go to sleep, i could never sleep when having problems with one customer

they put orders in almost two weeks ago and paid up front and stil have not received any tracking numbers.

we have faith in Jack but not enuf faith to send him any money at this points until he proves himself ...

bottom line is this: DON'T SEND HIM ANY MONEY YET!

sorry Jack - you leave us no alternative - packages sent without tracking numbers is bullshit. I don't know where you come from but even people selling $10 items on ebay supply tracking numbers...

I've sent the e-mail as requested... And I'm in full agreement with jj, a customer shouldn't have to ask for a tracking number. A good vendor would provide one without prompting.

I ordered one controller board for Dragon miner, payed by BTC, and never received the tracking neither the product, i requested a refund and no answer to my emails and no refund

I ordered 3 units LA30 payed by Wire transfer, several emails send and no answer to my emails if this is a normal behavior on your company you should really improve it, it´s called customer support and until now it´s bad

Hello, i have talked with Jack last night and we managed to answer all emails , we shipped all LA90 orders, a few LA30 orders too.

For the people who didnt  receive their LA30 on time, we will pay 3 LTC / day until we ship , starting today.

We had some components delayed but as u can see, we compensate.

it's about time they fessed up....

strange though - I have a skype conversation I'll post where Jack says : "all units have been shipped" which I'll post later today.

If you read my latest post, i said we shipped everything we had in stock, and for the ones we didnt yet, we compensate.

It is constructive criticism - every word I wrote could have been avoided if YOU had just taken the time to let these people know...the people who sent you their money and 'were promised shipment in 3 to 5 business day' a status update from you.

Whether you realize it or not $3,500 IS A LOT OF MONEY to a lot of people and they deserve the truth. I can only hope you guys have learned a valuable lesson and that is this: just be honest with your customers in a timely fashion - in the end they respect you for that - it's that simple. Don't wait until the drumbeats of discontent can be heard around the world and potentially damage your business.

The same, yesterday I received mail that they will arrange ship yesterday, but again nothing.

Seems they only send me 1 unit and 3 units ordered, i asked about the 3 ltc a day for the compensation and no answer from them

I´m waiting for 2 weeks for refund of 0,33 btc of one order never send (Spare parts) this order was urgent and was never send, few emails send and some answers to wait and wait and wait but you must wait 4 days for a answer to wait

Let´s see how this goes on .. so far i´m not happy at all about their customer support and after sales communication

Paid 8th May, promised delivery in 3 days.
You shipped 26th May, so it is 14 days my mining loss.
