We are working on an API to act.
2 Factor Authentication can be used by us.
Currently, only bank transfer is possible, but we are working on additional payment options. Of course we accept SEPA.
There are no fees for deposits and there are only € 1.50 calculated for withdrawal. ( fees )  (https://www.zyado.com/?Mod=Fee)
There are no fees for the deposit and withdrawal of Bitcoins.

How are bitcoin withdrawals done? It states I need to verify my account  (I already uploaded documents). I would like to know how long it will take to process.

I'm logged into my account in your exchange, but I cannot find the contact button to send you a message.

No answer until now, and no verification until now. It's not even possible to withdraw the deposited Bitcoins.

zyado.com stole my money 500 euro

I sent 500 euro on 03-21-2017 to the zyado.com. But i got nothing to my account. I was very angry, and i talked with them not nice. And now they dont want to give my money back, because, i talked with them not
nice.

They say that i cant my money back because now is a investigation against me at the Dutch police and at the Portugal prosecutor’s office. Thats why hold the zyado.com my money back.
But why not the Dutch police or the prosecutor’s office hold my money back?…. So its not true.

They speak, on behalf of the prosecutor’s office, that my money remains frozen, if i dont remove my feedbacks and the FB group about the zyado.com. xDDD Its a joke?!

Kraken did a transfer dated on 1st of august. I wrote to the Zyado support but didn't get any response yet.

Hello , I have a pending deposit on Zyado made on 4th April, of 4000€.

I have contacted Zyado and no answer from them, and on internet there is no phone to call or any other way to contact them directly.

Is anybody having this same issue ?

I will put this case on a lawyers hands this week.

It's been two weeks since I have requested EUR withdrawal and 10 days since it has been marked as "Excuted"... but nothing on my bank account

And their email does not answer - complete silence  >:(

Hello! so sorry for the late answer, yes they did it. For some reason they had my email address blacklisted, so I was sending several emails and get no answer. I finally used a different address and they answered 2 days later. I posted an angry comment on their facebook, so the guy told me that I had to delete that comment to get my money back (?) and after transferring, they would delete my account.

They transferred the funds to my bank and I didn't even log in again.

Stay away from that exchange. They are not thieves, but are highly unprofessional people to deal with.
