The Shibe logo bounty is currently 100,000-150,000 shibes (I guess depending how good it is, I didn't set it).

People have been submitting all kinds of weird drawings, I guess that's what happens when you ask a programmer to draw something.

All that's needed is for you to redraw the following picture in high quality, cartoon like imagery.  I don't know how to describe it maybe kind of Saturday morning cartoon looking.  

Use the same words on the current logo on the edges of the new one.  Writing the words directly on the picture instead of making a border might work better, not sure.

Reward is currently worth around 0.4 to 0.6 BTC, but will probably be worth double that or more in the next few days or weeks.

I think there will be a vote to see what logo wins, so you might have to compete against others.

I'm a bit confused now. When i talked to the dev earlier he told me there was a bounty for the logo. However, nothing was mentioned like what i just read in this topic. I spent quite a bit of time making this logo and It is fine with me if I wouldn't win. However, if i knew these 'rules' described above earlier, I would obviously have made something completely different. Anyway, for what it's worth, this is my submission:

Nobody really gave any guidelines and just kinda said "make whatever".  Those are, I guess, still the rules, but people kind of started using a lot of talent to make things that probably will not work as a logo, like the one I talked about that looked really good, but also looks like it's designed for 8 year old girls at the same time.

I listed the above things just because it's the safest possible option, and a logo is needed before next Christmas.

yeah i guess i was bored and wasnt paying attention when i saw a bounty.  My logo isnt that special and not what asked for but meh... figured id throw in on a shibe since i had a moment.  I like my idea though if someone wants to run with it that has more skill maybe make a coin in the shape of a shibe head instead of the standard round coin? Obviously i didnt go cartooney or anything but heres my idea in a nutshell with no skills:

give me some time tomorrow i can actually redo the entire thing with my own letters/font and make it look right really i just need the extra time to get it done..  I just somewhat tried to fix it and failed.. anyways im off to bed though let me know if i get so lucky as to win something :).

There are no rules. This is an open contest, r0ach is just requesting something specific based on his tastes. Your coin looks great, nice work!

I think the artwork is very good, but it's way too teenage girl focused and no 30-50 year old males will invest in the coin, which is kind of a demographic you need to go anywhere.  The one by Sadface I feel is the best so far.

If the coin was focused only in Japan or something, it would probably do best of all, but Japan is kind of a small market lol.

We need to figure out a way for everyone to get paid for their efforts regardless who wins though.

I think this one is the most original and most marketable. The asian community would go nuts over it.  It sets it apart from any other coin its just an image that could go viral.  Everyone would remember this image once they saw it.  You need something that is more than forgettable.  Same old shibe stuff ain't gonna cut it this looks way less copy cat and new.

You are right in that it is the most unique one, but I feel going that route has a large possibility of putting you in a smaller, very niche market, kind of like this coin:

You have to have something that is going appeal to alot of people. The majority of the crypto market is teenagers and asians. This coin is already getting beaten up for not being original. If it looks just like doge it will always be a copy cat. I am a 40 year old male. i would buy it. I love startrek too but i would touch the borg coin with my money. I've got a marketing background and this coin needs its own identity you don't want to be to doge what WC is to BC.

People have posted Bitcoin demographics before and I think the main demographic were males in the low 30's.  It is not teenagers...

Most of the people in the pools i talk to are 16 to 25 and if the asians arent in the market then why the chinese ddosed the pools and been posting on the ANN.
I am holding millions and I dont want this coin to just be considered another clone ripoff.  Hell just put doges logo on it.  We can all dump now. Its not perfect but its the best one.  In a week which one of all these pictures are you going to remember the best. Its the dog thats the winner the colors and design around it can be reworked.

I don't think you have taken into account what each picture looks like when shrunken down in the actual wallet.

The cartoon poker chip look on the first one looks a lot better scaled down to me.  Logos are very small in this wallet.

All the icons and everything in the wallet are done in very basic graphics, so the second picture looks very out of place in comparison to everything else, while the first one looks like it fits right in.

Then you factor in the wallet already has a bunch of giant hearts in it, so if you used the second picture on top of that, it's kind of getting ridiculous.

The wallet looks like it would be designed specifically for women if you combine the two o_O

If you put the coin right on the grey mat without the white square it matches perfectly. The "h" matches the hearts. The greys match and for the little logos  like the one up in the corner you could do the grey and white with the blue line through it.

I actually was not going to play it, but people kept talking about it for hours on freenode, so I joined in and tried it around #1800-1900, sent around 6 loads, then it started to slow down so I stopped.

It got so out of control from random idiots constantly spamming the link that they did ban it from chat.  You got random 12 year old kids playing it then coming up to people on Freenode asking for refunds when that site has nothing to do with the coin or #shibecoin channel whatsoever.

I did the math and calculated roughly 17% of the Shibecoin money supply went through that site at the time.

I'm trying to get a Shibecoin poker site going since gambling with Shibecoin seems to be insanely popular and it will be a lot less shady than having people think that site is affiliated with the coin.

I think you also have to have something that is original and not simple copy and paste.
