Since last September, Avalon project has been led by ngzhang and managed by canaan-creative team. From last September to January this year, Avalon project had devoted over 6PH hashing capability.
 
However now, a big change is coming to Avalon project: Avalon decided to hand over sales to the professional third party and started using the brand new name: Ehash.com.
 
Ehash.com will be fully responsible for products sales, after-sales service and technical support.
 
Except for special notification, the Ehash.com has the third generation of whole mining machine and chips in stock for sale. All the goods will be delivered in 24-48hours and bitcoin payment will be accepted. What need to be aware is, all the machines in stock are all brand-new.

Do all these miners come without a psu?

I purchased 2 50 chip Avalon3 modules a week ago. They arrived quickly (shipped next day via DHL) and are working well. They do generate a lot of heat and noise however so be aware of this if your planning to mine with them at home.

Actually, the prices did drop a little bit. A week ago the 290 GH miners were 0.71. Today they're 0.69. Still a small amount, but it's still a price drop. The most dramatic was the Avalon2 at 0.18 for 105 GH. That's about 80 bucks for 105. Around 2 BTC per Thash is pretty cheap to me.

Can we get some hashrate / power consumption proof #'s ... I saw a group buy a while back where GEN3 products were severely overrated in their specs. As in they used a ton more power & hash speed less than stated.

Also, 114$ shipping / module is quite expensive!!!! Any way to get that lowered?

I have two modules running for about 2 weeks now. Easily working on a Corsair 750w psu @ the 500mhz speed (not sure wall consumption, my meter exploded). Hashrate is a bit lower then advertised when looking at poolside. I get about 530-550gh with both modules @ 500mhz.

Upgrade to 0526 firmware will significantly increase poolside hashing speed about 5-8%.
