Title: Will this results in account banning?
Post by: innocent93 on May 11, 2014, 04:07:47 PM
I use two devices(PC and iPhone) to browse forum and reply post
Actually the two devices use different network,so I am thinking if this causes IP problem and finally results in banning.

No. You wont be banned for that. I post from a PC and my phone, and you can have as many accounts as you want.

How do I know what? The mods/admins have stated several times you can have as many accounts as you want. Posting from different IPs or connections doesn't matter either.

It's true. They also allow people to buy/sell accounts. I dunno why he wouldn't believe there wasn't a maximum number of accounts allowed.

I wasn't sure at first when I signed up. Some forums only allow one account, though I guess it's hard to enforce or police especially with proxies and TOR etc, and that's also one of the main reasons why they allow accounts to be bought and sold as well.

No it won't result in a ban, that's fine.
I often browse the forums on my phone while not at the PC from a different network etc.

Looks like many people use mobile to browse forum
So why don't we design an App(iOS/android) to broswe the forum?

No, you wont get banned because It's not against the rules to login from different IP's or have multiple accounts. I never tried browsing through smartphone but why we need app for this If you can browse with smartphone already?

Yep. I can see you haven't browsed with a smartphone.
Scrolling sometimes gets annoy because of a double-scroll effec that happens when you try to drag your finger through a post but it doesn't scroll at all. I'm not sure of how to explain it.

Why do any websites need apps? It's just an awkward and uncomfortable experience and apps make it so much more usable. Full websites/forums just aren't made for viewing on mobile devices. I only make the occasional post from my phone when I'm not at my comp or can't be bothered turning it on etc, but I'd love an app that streamlined the whole experience.
