Merely having Brock Pierce newly elected to the board after having Mark Karpeles on board so long is a siign that having upstanding members of good character is but an afterthought.
It's whoever can pump the most money into the Bitcoin ecosystem, rather than who can best represent the community. But not all the members are controversial figures, I believe that those who resigned did it in order to keep the foundation's reputation healthy. To me this doesn't sound like a collapse.

That's why after a thousand years we have nearly No one is going to join or donate to the bitcoin foundation anymore. That's a funny conspiracy theory. But would it matter? What matters is if the allegations against the bitcoin foundation are true or not, and they all happen to be true. Politicians bounce back from way worth then this stuff frequently. So this is sort of like childs play no pun intended.
