Here here I got an idea:

No one has ever done this before. Maybe make some kind of casino. You know with roulette, dice games, poker, blackjack and stuff. Maybe even betting. All with bitcoin.

Super original isn't it?

Or do some kind of lottery. Also something noone has done before.

Another GREAT idea is creating a Ponzi game and run home with millions when everything crashed.

Edit: Hell I even forgot something that noone ever did before: Make something that gives free satoshis every X seconds and call it a faucet.


Ok enough with the sarcasm.

Whatever you do, do NOT do any of the above. There exist more than enough of that and it get's boring as hell.

I'll let you in on an idea that wasn't done succesful before to my knowledge:

The Bitcoin Arcade

Basically what you offer on your site is a selection of oldschool arcade games that need to be highscoreable. There will be free version of the games for training purposes and there will be version of the games from which you can win bitcoin. The winning games work like that: Players need to insert coin (1 µBTC for instance) for one round of play. After a month, iff enough players have played the first 3 players in the highscore table win the inserted coins (minus a fee taken for running the site) and they are devided 60/30/10 or something like that. If not enough players have played, the money either is refunded to all players or goes into a jackpot for next round that the first player will win on top of the regular prize.

This could also be spanned out to PvP boardgames (Chess, Battleships, stuff like that) that are ranked by an Elo System and instead of competing for a highscore players enter tournaments or leagues and the best players again win the collected entry fees minus the fee for the site.

What you need to realize that: A Webdeveloper that sets up the backend, game developers that build the games. Some smart marketing once the site is working (hosting a free open beta phase and some sort of referral program that get's you a number of free plays per referal in the winnning games).



Now some people might think this idea isn't that original either and they are right. There was that gamerholics.com site that did something similar. But first off their site isn't working half of the time and bug ridden as hell. To my knowledge they never have paid anyone out, when a game was close to being won it magically started over or magically someone did beat the highscore in the last minute and most importantly it wasn't bitcoin only. You mostly would win giftcards and other useless stuff.

Try putting up the domain for auction, you might be satisfied selling it rather than investing a ton of time and effort into something that isn't guaranteed to work..

I would definitely recommend putting the domain up for sale instead, or perhaps you can start a bitcoin gambling site if you have the financial backing to do so.

Seriously, just make a lottery or something.

You can use this website to provide a service where you sell people bitcoin-related domain names. They can go to your website and browse through potential domain names and buy the one they like - using bitcoin!
