Hi everyone. I have for sale 9 Antminer S1 units (1.6 TH). I think you're all pretty much familiar with them so I won't go into details. Those of you who would want to buy them are likely to be very familiar with them. Reason for selling them is that I need to cut down my power  footprint so I'd eventually replace their hashing power with S2 units.

Shipping is paid by buyer. Shipping will be from Canada (Ontario). I will ship internationally.

I'd like 0.45 0.43 btc per unit but of course I am open to offers.

--edit-- I forgot to mention that all of them are running the latest firmware with a custom version of cgminer 4.3.2a already installed. This cgminer version is far more stable and is not vulnerable to the hijacking bug known to exist in the previous versions and the version that the stock firmware comes with.

Does it come with PSU?

They've been running for 5 months roughly. I've never overclocked them though so they've been gently used. I'm afraid it does not come with PSUs. The PSUs I've been powering them with are not 80 Plus Gold rated so I doubt you'd want them anyways. Most of the units are running in pairs of two per 1000 watt OCZ EliteXtreme PSU.

Considering that these have been running almost half a year and new ones can be purchased for ~.45 or so, can I offer you what I think is reasonable?

I am in manitoba so shipping would be cheap as well. Willing to offer 0.33 BTC for one unit. Mainly because I assume if this thing goes POOF in the next month or two no sort of warranty agreement would cover it.

As it is in your country already there are several advantages to buying a used one over buying a new one from Bitmaintech.  Maybe not full price but these things are going for 90% of new price even used.   

I very much doubt these are going "poof" anytime soon. Also since they have already passed the trials of international UPS shipping I think you know you are getting a rock solid hashing unit. These are not overclocked and they got good clean power so once again they are not as "used" as some of you may think. I am not selling some pushed to the limit units.

Not all of these are 5 months old. Some are newer as I got them in stages from Sushi's group buys. I know that at least two units have been repasted and one has a brand new new hashing board that was replaced by bitmain under warranty. I'm going to see if I can find out the exact dates I got them delivered.

Well, then by all means order from bitmain. I clearly cannot compete with them when it comes to the total price with shipping included. I think the ideal customer for these units would be someone in the region who would want tried and tested units and who does not want to deal with potential RMA situations.

Well and you really have to consider that bitmaintechs are probably not new either - we have seen signs that they hash with them first before they sell them...

[edit] and you will get them faster from allinvain than bitmaintech if you are in the US..  every order i placed direct seems to take the full 2 days before they ship and then it is 2 more days to receive.  I have done business with allinvain in the past and you will get your gear quicker..

Sorry guys, I forgot about the 0.05 S1 coupons people can get, hence that's why my asking price was higher than the bitmain price with the coupon yet lower than the price without coupon.

Anyways, I'll keep on lowering the price gradually.

lol, sorry I have to stay reasonably competitive with bitmain and those guys seem to be lowering the price every day. I wonder how much these cost to make if they are priced at a bit over $100 "brand new" .

Yeah I don't think it makes sense to pay the import taxes for a unit that has such a small hashrate, hence why I think buying them second-hand is a better idea. S2 units on the other hand are worth the additional fees.

I'd need to know your "codul postal" , but if I had to guess I'd say it's not worth the shipping costs. What are the import taxes for Romania, 18% VAT?

Haha I was just kiddin but I'll definitly take another unit in about 5days to week.  And reason for buying them for similar price is bitmain is cause he can prove they work. I've heard some pretty bad stories about doa machines from bitmain and bitmain has a minimum order quantity of 2. And there have been signs of "brand new" machines from bitmain being used to mine so there's really no difference.

No problem. Good luck with your miner hunt. I think there is a Romanian miner reseller that you can buy hashfast based gear from. They are a bit overpriced if you ask me though.
