Here's what I can think of: - Greendot - Any sort of vanilla or netspend reload card - Bank deposit at a local branch - Bank wire to any US bank - Amazon - Serve.com transfer - Something I can buy online with my bank card - Skrill - Western Union - Moneygram You pick.
