By October I expect the antminer S1 not to be profitable anymore. Just as much is spent on electricity as the value of generated bitcoins.

Another way to see it is that it generates free heat.  ;) 40 EUR worth of free heat is generated in a month! It's pretty valuable! I will keep three of these running at home.

The rest I need to sell. But how? First the miner+ PSU + cables etc tak up a lot of space, Second it is ugly (not in my eyes, but in most people's). Third 99% of potential customers are unfamiliar with bitcoin, at least how to sell bitcoins into fiat. Still it would make sense to put antminers in basements etc where heat is needed to prevent water pipes from freezing and so on.

If everyone had the knowledge, I believe it would be easy to sell this "heater" for 120 EUR, but how... just how... can I convince people to buy antminers for heating?

Well, a real space heater can be had for like $25 to $50.  Can be turned on and off at will, heats up instantly, makes no noise, can be moved easily, requires no setup whatsoever, needs nothing but an ordinary power outlet, etc. An S1 has none of that and you want to sell it as a space heater for 5 times the price of a real space heater that is better in every way?  Yea sure if you're mining anyway it might make sense to use this for that.  But for a non miner?  Good luck with that. 

I would just sell it as an s1. I doubt many people would want it exclusively for heating.

Also it will still be profitable to mine with an s1 underclocked with cheap electricity. (Unless dirt cheap ~0.1 w/gh miners are released.)

It sucks though. Seems I'll never make back the investment  :'(
