1. Why are you selling accounts?
Answer. I sell anything I can, good business is good business. I will continue to sell until no one needs or wants to buy/sell accounts.

2. Why we buy an account if I can just make a new one?
Answer. It's true, you can easily create an account, but the older the account the more money you can make on sig space

3. Can we use this accounts to scam?
Answer. NO NO NO!

4. Is it allowed to buy/sell accounts and own multiple accounts on bitcointalk.org?

Answer. Yes, I take my time clearing out all personal information that may be left behind, including but not limited to; posts, pms, and account information.

7. Can you find any account?
Answer. Most of the time yes, I can get a hold of an account that meets your requirements, it might take time but I can get a hold of it.

8. Why don't I just sell to someone else?

To be honest 0.01 BTC for Member account is totally none sense and funny. Member status requires 2 months to obtain and you want to buy 2 months work for $4.5  ;D ? Member account should go for 0.07-0.1 BTC. You can make 0.01 BTC with only 15 posts from signature campaign and that's less than a day. Makes no sense at all. Good luck buying anyway.

And remember the first 15 posts takes 90 minutes of waiting to post. 6 minutes per posts. Selling Member account at 0.01 is like giving donation to the buyer.

No problem, IN fact that Members currently can get 0.0006 per post so you can make back all your investment in just a day and to get The status takes 2 months so the price just seems unrealistic. From sellers view Member status market price is 0.08-0.1 BTC. Just said a fact  :P

Just stating the facts throughout the trade that should have been done between me and OP:
- I haven't got the payment for 15 Hours (OP hasn't changed details so this isn't a scam and I now changed them to different details) but was very unprofessional throughout the trade.
-When I asked for the payment to get this done (and in a polite way) OP responded by and I quote

That's it I think. Ones Again this is just a feedback as I haven't lost anything but few minutes.

What's the point in buying a banned account? Unless its just a temp ban the account is useless as you're very very unlikely to get it unlocked.

Buying a temp banned account is pretty dicey too, if you plan to use it for sig campaigns. The account is now in a list available to all staff and will be checked periodically, and will have less leeway since it has a history of spamming.  

There is no way for users to know if an account has been banned previously, so it's pretty dicey overall.

Didn't feel like opening a new thread in Meta for a single question on the sig list but was wondering if their is a grace period or forgiveness period for the listed accounts say 6 months to 1 year later or is the list a permanent location for all accounts that have been warned. (Or until the new forum comes to life technical maximum)

Umm not really, It's all about activity and account trust.

Sr. Members 240 activity + market price is 0.5-0.6 BTC and you have over 300 activity and neutral trust so I would say 0.7 BTC. If selling to individual person and not reseller.


EDIT: SORRY, I didn't see that you have trust, your account would definetely go 0.7 BTC up to 1 BTC.

Simply supply and demand. Accounts are in demand because of the difference in rates between membergroups. You can double your earnings on sig deals comparing a Full Member account to a Hero one. People would soon make their money back so it's probably worth it to some and can become very profitable quote quickly.

Probably not worth it for them really. Easier just to create your own new account to scam from. Do people really trust a full member much more than they trust a newbie? It's not like people don't scam with newbie accounts. In fact, most scams probably come from newbs. I could understand scamming from Snr / Hero, but still, you're very unlikely to make your 1btc back.

Looks like there are problems with the accounts he sell based on his negative feedback.

Yup, apparently some people don't like that he's selling accounts. It's even been mentioned that this is not against the forum's rules but apparently there is also no rule to restrict users from posting negative trust rating based on their personal opinion.

I have no real problems with people selling / buying accounts for the correct purpose, I would have purchased a member, or a full member account so I can get involved with signature campaigns but as I'm nearly there now anyway I see no point to it.

The problem arises when people are buying accounts then fly directly to the lending section and borrow on the accounts trust/rep level and then run.

 I saw an account sold the other day that had borrowed money and returned it, it was then sold on to someone else, so what is now stopping the new owner going back to the same lender and saying " hey its me again, I paid you back last time can you lend me more etc" the lender will probably do this as they have history, but they are in fact dealing with a completely different and perhaps scam person.

Its a shame that a few will spoil it for everyone else.

Like everything else in life, there will always be two sides to a thing: man-woman; high-low; good-bad; rich-poor;etc. In the same vein, selling and buying of accounts is sure to have merits and demerits, anyone to chooses to dwell especially on the demerit is seeing only half the picture - just like saying oil exploration should be stopped, because of oil spillage  ::)
Some persons are determined to be bad in life and we won't chase them to Pluto, but we can tolerate them hoping time would change them for good or worse.

You can not have an avatar applied too your account until you reach a certain member status.
But there was an exception for the accounts that were made between the year 2011-2013 where newbie accounts were allowed this privilege to be able to apply one without having to rank up.
