I just started trading bitcoins, for the first time I invested in around $950 (50K INR). I purchased some BTC and now since 10 days I am unable to login to my account on igot.com. It is asking for a phone verification, i clicked on phone call but not getting the call oo my phone which is on my igot account. Its a landline number in India. I tried contacting the support, a support rep asked me to give the number again. I gave him the number, since then I did not get any reply again. I tried contacting twice again but still no response since a week. What to do now? Any suggestions please? Is this a scam site? How can I retrieve my money? I did not download my BTCs, I am new and thought to do after a while but before itself I got in to this problem. Regards Title: Re: Is Igot.com a scam? I contacted support and told them I was unable to receive 2 step verification. So they temporarily disabled it from their end and I was able to log in and retrieve the BTC from my end. You will also not be able to withdraw unless the bank verification and all documents are submitted and they will hold it for a week. Only then they will let you withdraw.
