Fingers crossed that someone, or even a group of someones, can serve up some genius coding to solve this.  I fully agree with the part where he says the foundation have been doing good work 'til now, but the direction they're currently heading in is entirely the wrong one.  They do risk mimicking an outdated model of corporatism where the rules are made by big commercial money and no one else has a voice to say otherwise:

According to Janssens, the Bitcoin Foundation has served a legitimate purpose in the last two years, but the foundation is now “internally recreating the same archaic political system that fails to work for society.”

While Bitcoin promotes unprecedented transparency and shifts power back into the hands of the people, Janssens says that it’s unreasonable for its de facto representative organization to be the opposite – a non-transparent, political and secretive elite.

“We have been trying to push the BF for transparency and clear communication for years, without result. Meanwhile they started creating even more political structures inside, such as committees, which can only be accessed by knowing the right people,” said Janssens.

This is a big deal.

My Bitcoin Online Embassy  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=612291.0) might be a replacement for a Foundation but it is not strictly what he is up to pay for :)

But ... I hope my project will help too...
(if I will be able to finish it ... with no donations it will be not possible :( )

I think the intentions are good, but I have a feeling that a software platform isn't going to be enough.

Well maybe isn't going to be enough, this is why it can be integrated with other projects.

I think this is pretty good idea to make such a platform as Bitcoin was mentioned to be online - so let the people manage important for Bitcoin things using online software platforms too!
Why not.
