Title: Looking for 120BTC loan [Closed]
Post by: Electricbees on January 27, 2012, 11:54:03 PM
I'm looking for a 120 bitcoin loan.
I am buying some hardware from a friend here on the forums, and would like to get him paid before I head back to the university.
The problem is, dwolla is slow as shit.
I have a 600 dollar transfer going right now, set to clear next thursday, and plan to use bitinstant to get it to gox after it clears.

I could theoretically repay after I convert gox USD to BTC, and after confirmations go through.
Repayment would be 126 (120 plus 5%) BTC, (Open to negotiations)
I would also be interested in partial loans at a similar percentage.

PM me or reply in this thread! Thanks for any help you can provide!

If you weren't aware, Mt. Gox takes Dwolla for deposits 1:1, though you pay the $0.25 transaction fee.

The issue was merely timing... Last time I went bank->gox via dwolla, it took 7 business days, plus two Sundays. [Posted on Sunday]
I wanted to get the payment through now, so my guy can get my stuff in the mail, and to me, by the time the dwolla payment clears.

I'm just impatient is all. Thanks for the tip though.

Interest was pardoned on the grounds that I was an idiot and got scammed.  :-\

Regardless, thanks again, Patrick!

Coins received, many thanks.

Sorry you had problems with the purchase you were doing.  Given those difficulties, and the fact you got in touch and repaid, I'd definitely recommend you to other lenders and happy to forgive the interest on this.

Patrick

(and a note to those other scum-bag borrowers, I'm still waiting)
