blocktime 3 minutes - and 10-30 minutes from block to block in fact...
PS. BUG in diff retarget?

Nah.. It's a bit rough thats true.. Most blocks are solved within 5 minutes, a few are solved later.. Which is still more or less ok as the nethash is quite low IMHO..

Like Bitcoin network, sometimes takes even an hour to mine a block.

PoW is intentionally difficult with Republicoin for no flash-insta mine problems. 20 blocks per hour was what we wanted for stability.

PoS kicks in in just over 250 blocks and speed should pick up.

Yobit, C-cex or Alcurex would be nice before PoS..
