If there was a fork, fixing it is a piece of cake. Examine the chains to determine who moved the most coin, then set a checkpoint in checkpoints.cpp to pull the wallet along onto the correct path.

Now figuring out why it forked and fixing it could be a great deal more complicated.

Oh and the dev can't really dump when the only exchange to trade it suspended all activity.

No, there is absolutely a fork. People are showing different block hashes at the same height.

But it seems that it is only IPO miner and a couple of people, nearly everyone else is on the same chain.

A quick fix in the wallet to checkpoint onto this chain will get everyone else back in business and we'll be good to go again.

Hopefully our dev knows how to do that without scrambling the keymappings in util.cpp like the original release of this wallet.

Stupid question coming.............what is staking?

Ok, so another silly question.....at the pool I am mining at it says it is on block 14,461.  How is that possible if it was supposed to end at 14,402?

PoW phase ended, now its PoS. That means your not paid with block reward, but rather with transaction fees. (EDIT - PoS = interest from holding the coin)

New to this POS stuff......I take it this means it will be less profitable to mine?  Wondering if I should point my miners to another coin and just leave this wallet open for POS earnings?

Still trying to wrap my head around this, if it is now in POS only......how am I still making some 15 million coins every 20-30 minutes mining it?

Anybody know how many confirmations before a deposit of DojeCoin would show up on Bittrex?  I deposited some the other day to trade and it was instant.  Deposited some over 30 minutes ago today to trade and nothing is showing in my account Bittrex:-(

There are some delays now due to high traffic in the doje market, I guess. My deposit turned up after about 30 minutes.
