Title: threatening phone call Post by: packman on January 28, 2012, 10:02:34 PM I just woke up to the sound of my phone ringing, nobody ever calls me at this time of day so I figured it must be an emergency, then some guy on a blocked number started saying "stay off of my bitcoin forum you asshole, you're banned" over and over, so anybody have a similar experience? Is this actually something to worry about? I can't think why anyone would want to ban me because I have never done anything worth banning me, let alone calling me.

Don't ever put personal information up on the Internet. Chances are it's just some prick troll that thought it'd be funny. You could always try to do a reverse phone look up or register his phone number to a shetload of junkmail/spam sites for being a jack@ss. 2) No number is actually blocked. You can always find out who it is.
