Title: OpenBlock.com a safe open-source onchain wallet for U!
Post by: OpenBlock on May 20, 2014, 09:07:59 AM
Hi guys, openblock.com is a safe onchain wallet for BTC,LTC&DOGE, you keep the private key by yourself and we have no access to it, so no hackers can steal your coins unless you lost your own password.

OpenBlock.com is as reliable as blockchain.info for your bitcoin 'cause you use the same techs,  while you can still use it as your litecoin/dogecoin online wallet.

ATTENTION: WE DO NOT SAVE YOUR PASSWORD, so you lost everything if you lost your password unless you backed up your private key.

Looks like another "Give me all you Bitcoins, we will take good care of it, we promise"-Service.
It is funny, that I don't seem to be able to do anything on this site, since I (have to) use IE at work.
I will just repeat, what every sane Person on this Forum will tell you. If you don't own the private key, you don't own the Bitcoins.
blockchain.info let's you download your private key.

Looks like a RichWallet (https://github.com/haobtc/richwallet) implementation.

I don't know anything about this service, so I can't vouch for it, but do you ever read what you're replying to, or do you just spread FUD all day?

I clicked on the link for more info and the only Thing it told me, is that I should use Chrome.
They state, that you own your private key, but do you really? It is not my fault, that I can't confirm that, since I can't do anything on that site.
Sorry, but my first Impression is, that it just Looks pretty fishy.

Ok, you take criticism seriously, I give you that.
Is it intendet, that you can't do anything with IE? If yes, why? Which Browser are supported?

Also your site says Beta: How would you describe your current state of development? (Beta could mean a lot)
You didn't mention, that it is Beta in this Forum. I think, that should be in the Title.
