Your rules state nothing of a minimum bid increment.

There was never a mention of a minimum bid, you cant make an minimum increment after bidding starts (Even though its working to my favor ATM)

How much does this cost to run? You've told about your income, but what are the expenses?

$88.95 per month.

($70 for all our servers and $20 for WHMCS License)
We use dedicated serveur for our cloud storage,website and france location.
Our other servers (use for VPN) is VPS KVM or VPS OpenVPZ.

Can you integrate coinpayments into it?

We have talk about our services only here and in a other forum.
I have talk about this to all my skype contacts.

I don't have run adsense campaign or invest in ads for this product.
I have do minimal work in this part, i have focus my time to work & work on our servers locations, our program, our services and listen our customers.


About profit next month should be of ~$1400.

How easy is it to scale up the project with more customers? For someone new to this scene I mean.

For VPN service you can start by target people which use Torrent/p2p
For Cloud Storage, everybody which work or have important data can be a customers :)

A easy way to improve VPN service is to add more locations.
We have write some tutorial and have some home script for setup a VPN server on any Dedicated Server or VPS :)

We can even help you to setup your first servers. (if you want add new locations)

Got a message from this user saying he accepts my bid of $500 since no one else has bid(2x checked, its same user). Sounds very fishy, auction still has 8 days left.

Anyones thoughts before I proceed with buying it? Im only purchasing through escrow (obviously).

Id check the user doesnt have a ' or ` by his name as someone trying to impersonate him.

If it is really him tho it is a very scammy/fishy thing to just close an auction prior to his original date.

Another way is to check the user creation dates, previous posts, activity level, post count, etc. All of these would be hard to fake between multiple accounts.

I do find it a bit weird that they'd close the auction early with a profitable site, at such a low value.

well I want you to be aware that I have intentions to bid depending on the price and the sooner it gets to the 29th. I am sure others are in the same situation looking to bid on the 27th or 28th but you closing early would be very bad as you are breaking your own auction rules.

I would be happy to win a site like this at $500, just seems very sketchy that you would end an auction right after the minimum bid is placed   ;)

On a serious note, though... are you willing to agree not to run any competition to this site? This has been a big problem with people selling businesses (re-creating the same one under a different name to capitalize on it again).

Im interested, and I will only use escrow if I place a bid.

How is licensing transferred, etc? ---> All DNS,Server will be transferred, our license WHCMS is locked to DNS. (tetraupload.com)
So you will be master of all our stuff :)

Also what terms do you have for your licenses? ---> You can use without limit but our license management sales (WHCMS) need to be paid every month ($20)

Domains can be moved to any host you want (you just unlock it for transfer, then "transfer" it to your account of choice). It takes a few days, though, as there's like a 48 hour period for reversals. It's a pretty easy process.

If I decide to keep the hosting where it is, can you just transfer that account to me?

About DNS we use namescheap.com but of course we can move DNS.

You can change hosting about our website and with DNS redirect to your new server.

Ya that is why escrow was brought up here during the auction.  Never send money without escrow for stuff like this especially.

Same here. The beginning (with the early ending with the first bid) was a pretty big red flag to me.

Yeah, really caught me off guard when he ended the auction over a week before it was ending at just $500 with the sites claimed revenue. Than when he didn't recognize my bid earlier, showed he was purely looking for bids.

I have good news. He is back and we are talking over skype. Apparently something happened to him IRL which prevented him to come online.

Anyways, he is in the process of transferring everything over to me. Will update when everything has been completed.
