Title: Casascius .5 BTC coin
Post by: Blazed on May 22, 2014, 03:18:27 AM
Starting Bid: .6BTC

Bid Increments: .01

Auction Ends: 5/25/2014 @ 9 PM Eastern Time and ships the next morning

Shipping in the USA is free - Shipping international we split 50/50

I have a really solid forum and OTC rating, but escrow is also fine if it is from someone reputable (TomatoCage/OgNasty/etc...)

He did not fake the image I would assume... some neckbeard registered that account and msg him....trying to scam.  These guys try it all of the time just always look at details in messages!

1) Activity

2) Membership level

3) Signature

4) Profile picture (lack of)

5) User name has an apostrophe after it.

That is 5.

And in response to neckbeard, I don't know. To be honest I don't understand it either.

Looks like the highest bid is .65BTC from Campis

Goat "Neckbeard" is from 4chan/reddit...meaning:

(n) Derogatory term for slovenly nerdy people who have no sense of hygene or grooming. Often related to hobbies such as card gaming, video gaming, anime, et. al.
If this party is full of f*cking neckbeards, I'm out. I've got better things to do than sit around with a bunch of unwashed nerds.

Looking at your feedback left it seems you enjoy playing with the trust system by giving negatives a bit too freely. They are meant for rating people you have transacted with, you seem to be using them as a form of entertainment/revenge/extortion. Open your eyes and read what I type:
1) Scammer with similar name PM's Campsis pretending to be Blazedout419 hoping to fool him into payment.
2) Campsis momentarily believes this is the real Blazedout, gets excited and posts a screenshot.
3) You flip out because you are pissed you might not get the auction win, and use this to get what you want and punish Campsis for winning the auction out from under you.

Saying he would post a fake PM is absolutely retarded and makes no sense. Ultimately Blazedout would recognise it as fake and not honor it. I think you knew exactly what happened from the start. I think if anyone here deserves a negative rating it is you for using this misunderstanding as a form of extortion. You should remove your negative rating of Campsis at the very least, and STOP abusing the trust system over your petty bullshit.

Im bumping this thread because @MrWDunne has not removed his negative rating on Campsis and it is directly affecting his own sale.

@MrWDunne you wrongly gave him negative feedback. Please fix it.

Quote from: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671907.msg7696148#msg7696148

I'll take one, PM me we can work out a price. But why is your trust negative?

My trust is negative, how come -_-? I can't see anything :/

User   Date   Risked BTC amount   Reference   Comments
MrWDunne 0: -0 / +1(1)   2014-05-25   0.60000000   Reference   Posting fake images to win auction.

Ref link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=620239.0

EDIT: DUDE

You should take care of this, looks like @MrWDunne wrote you a negative reputation, on a thread that was NOT even his.

Basically, someone tried to scam you by sending you a fake PM with a payment address. This happens all the time.

@MrWDunne thought YOU were posting a fake image and wrote you a negative rating, which is probably effecting your sales.

@TECHSHARE pointed it out here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=620239.msg7698656#msg7698656 but @MrWDunne never removed the negative rating on you.

You should email a mod and get this fixed ASAP, its a negative rating on your account that should not be there.

Good luck.
