The fist email sent did not get a reply after 10 days, the second email I sent mentioning it may be time to start a thread here got a reply back in a few hours.
The reason given "Some of the recent NAS withdrawals have unfortunately diverted to a network fork. We are working to resolve this within the next few days. Thank you for your patience."
