Ringo is apple in Japanese.  I love to eat apples every day, so they're very important to me.  I created Ringo because I love crispy apples, and hope to some day be able to use it to buy and sell apples.

Ringo will be distributed through a PoW phase then transition into a PoS state where users can generate Ringo from their wallets (Trees).  Our unique idea of PoS creates an environment if you have a amount, you still can generate a large harvest of Ringo.  
The community as a whole produces a stronger network with this idea creating a huge orchard.  With our PoS model it's encouraged to plant a small seed, and watch it grow!

About PoS(Difficulty Reward)
Our PoS harvesting system was set up to allow a steady staking reward from your Ringo.  We let the network decide how many Ringo would be produced based off the difficulty at the end of the PoW phase for the future PoS blocks. With this system there is a possibility of obtaining a large reward even you only plant a small amount. Of course it need luck.  We feel this will help strengthen the orchard and encourage wide adoption through new users planting seeds.


Why Scrypt?
We believe that ASICs can be helpful to the crypto currency ecosystem.  We think they provide for a strong, powerful, more secure network.  This is the reason we decide to choose the scrypt algorithm for the PoW phase of the initial coin distribution.

All are on the correct chain. just took pool.mn 2 days to notice it.
They missed launch day by 1 day, took 2 days to change to the correct chain for a 5-7 day pow coin.
so basically lost 3-4 days of mining ringo.

Dev been constant contact with both exchanges.  At this point bittrex is limiting there new release per week .  it is out of devs control for the exhcange to list our coin. so we the community have to help Dev get the word out about Ringo. go to polo and fill out coin request. go to bittrex Ann and ask for Ringo.

Please follow @bittrexexchange and tweet about how much you like Ringo.

If possible listing on the big exchanges, value might go up in the short term.
But I think that to lose the interest of many users if there is no new stimulus.

POW has ended.  Doesn't matter if its asic or asic-resistant at the moment.  Mutlipool will actually help ringo in pos stage because it will create buying power instead of selling.
With this coin it is actually better when the difficult is higher. yes you willl get less coin while mining but the pos reward is alot higher.
i could personally say POS reward is really good. on average i will get 20-25 pos transactions per day.

We are aiming for listing on the poloeniex and bittrex. I have sent a request on a regular basis to poloeniex and requested in Tweet to bittrex.

Ringo has many Japanese users. Now they are available in favor of the monatr (https://monatr.jp/?lang=en).  I think they are satisfied with the current environment.

I will continue to act not give up until it can be listed. I think Significant benefits in the long term as well in the short term if listed on large exchange.

I just wanted to let you all known that the original vanitycreator thread is here. Version 2.1.0 has been launched with 7 currencies in it with RINGO being the 4th in it. Well, I got it synced using the bootstrap file, but it's a red flag that it won't sync naturally.  :(

Please do not use Exvo.io.  The developer is gone.  They are highly suspected to be a scam.  You may be able to deposit ctyptos but cannot withdraw.
