These two enveloped carboncopy bills are separate and independent althought they encode the same information: the private key one will handwrite on top for use of bitcoins with multisig. The envelopes have a code that tells how to cypher the rotative CDDVD-like paper CC slips. I'm still develiping my idea but as you can see I'm after something great and very pratical to use bitcoins that could be as popular and common as a simple carbon copy betslip.
